  • I found the color chart in my notes, but I don't know how to send it to you. I'll 'friend' you if you want, to get your email address, or tell me how to accomplish it otherwise.

  • Yeah, I think you missed it. The color chart was put up about the same time as the design was. Maybe she wouldn't mind putting it up again. Isn't it the prettiest pattern! I was going to do that one, too, after the large casket is finished. I signed up for the goldwork master class to get ready for it. This class has the most generous people in it!!

  • Diane, I have transferred the lovely flower and vine design for the mirror frame and am struggling with color.  At some earlier time you mentioned color suggestions would be coming: did I miss them or are they yet to come?  I sure don't want to mess this up :( !  Thanks again, Demi

  • Jan mentioned yesterday that you'd been away and just gotten home., Welcome Home!

  • Hi Diane

If you give me your address I can cut a few extra cards and mail them to you.  They are small and should be easy to mail in a small protective envelope.

  • Finally found out howto say thank you for the gift of the fancy mirror design. Now all I have to do is frind some one to tell me how to engarge properly.  My image degrades to hoplessness after 200% enlargement .  I not I think I can use what I can see  enough to do a version, thanks for a clear idea of ow to apportion the space, and  make each flower different. • Diane, Sorry to put the reply here, but there's something funky with my inbox-it won't take any names for messages. Look back at Lesson 7 and get the pages that didn't get put up because of the storm. Tricia included some great pictures of wire toys-not the web links, but the lesson itself.  I'll keep my eye peeled for Dia de los Muertos toys. You run across them even in our local cafe, I've even seen some in the grocery.

  • Getting some foam core in the states is a great idea. May I suggest you pre-cut, but not assemble your casket before you go back home. (sort of like making an ikea flat pack)...another thing - get enough to make two unless space is a big issue - the stuff weighs practically nothing.

  • Diane, I saw how you cant get foam core where you are...I used to use plain corrugated cardboard box panels when I made models in the pre-foam core days. It's a little rougher on the edges, but masking tape works well to bind them. Also, you have to have a VERY sharp box cutter or razor x-acto type knife and change out the blades as needed. i think it's worth the trouble, it made a big difference to be to actually see the physical dimensions and shape.

  • Hi Diana,

Saw your comment on the Mineasotta-Casketter's page. Can you get some foam core via Ebay where you are?
