I came across your projects recently and I am taken a back by the exquisite work you do. Your casket is extraordinary and I liked the red and cream monogram jewelry box.
Currently I am taking Tricia's Floral Glove course and enjoying it immensely. It's my first project doing gold work. Wow! is it addicting.
I'll offer my apartment -- I just need to clear it with my husband when the time comes. He's used to my planning and then clearing it with him. Luckily he usually agrees and says okay,
I want to join the tour while you are in the USA -- it will be so much fun to meet other Casketeers. When I was in Minneapolis for my neice's wedding I got to meet some of the ladies from there. And the New York group has gotten together twice already. When you're in New York we can make dinner for you all.
Hi Sara, I would expect to be in Washington for 3-4 days minimum while my husband is at a conference. So I should have plenty of time. I will start nagging to get some firm dates. Things are cranking up here anyway so I need to fix the diary. Hopefully it will all work out.

Thanks, I look forward to meeting you in Washington, DC next spring. There's a card woven box in Baltimore. Will you be here long enough to take a day for that, if they can get to it?
Just arrived home after 8 weeks away, what a fantastic time we had and just missed the storms in NY. Now to get down to getting into that box with all of those beautiful threads! Haven't had time to do any designing or stitching, but have been collecting pictures and ideas and looking forward to getting them onto paper over the next few weeks and maybe even be able to get a needle into my hand again!
After admiring your beautiful monogrammed box I had not realised that you were a fellow Perth girl. What an amazing way to meet new friends!!! Have you started to design your casket yet? I am finding that life is getting in the way at present (two young boys coupled with a busy job will do that). At this stage I just keep opening the box and admiring the threads!!
