It is too bad that the shop closed. It was a very nice shop....I have some samplers that were framed there, and I think the framing was the best I have had anywhere in the country. She also had a great selection of books, threads and fabrics. I haven't been back to Austin since we moved away in 1993.
Hi Ginger, Welcome to CoC...Where are you in the CoC class timeline? Hope you enjoy the Ning experience and the whole process of CoC...I'm a bit further away from your neck of the woods...I hear Austin is awesome - my son and DIL lived there for a year and they loved it!
Actually I spent many years in Texas-my husband is in the oil industry. My dad lives in San Angelo. This group is fantastic! I've never run into such a talented, bright bunch, and they have made this class a great experience.

I only just now saw your message. No. I'm not doing that, I don't think. Are you?
Linda
I've added some photos of my completed Summer Casket Keepsakes from Amy Mitten's wonderful on-line class. I'm so happy to have them crawling around!

Hi, did you own the needlework shop in Austin? I used to live in Austin years ago, and went to the shop often.
