  Hi Joy, sorry I haven't noticed your comment before but only just logged on. I live in a small village just st a few miles away from Kenilworth. There is a lot of work and I am only just starting the butterfly pin keep. However I am really enjoying the course content I just need extra hours in the day.

  Hi Joy, I think that is a great idea. I seem to remember seeing a glove done in leather somewhere amongst the photos and it was beautiful. Can't wait to see yours.

  Hi Joy
  I too started both courses with the same thoughts as you, so now find myself behind with the small Casket projects. I have though actually started the Rose glove and have finished the tent stitch and done a little of the gold work background. I did actually make the decision to just do the cartouche on the box lid, so maybe am a little ahead of you. Have nearly completed the Elizabethan Ground stitch which I found totally addictive, and am just starting the leaves. Not quite so addictive! It's good to know what others are doing out there. I feel so privileged to be doing these courses. Thanks Tricia.

  Oh, my!! I just sent off the violin blanket to a violin case maker in Milton Keynes today! Small world, indeed. Welcome to the class, and have lots of fun.
