I know Lilo a little bit. I interviewed her years ago. She's a wonderful trainer, as you know.
I do have Evertight bars, which I love, but I feel like I should at least take a crack at this slate I paid stupid money for! So we'll see how far I get. : )
Hi Barbara - yes beautiful countryside around Burton Manor. I met a great friend at the course - she was retired, I used to travel up to Lime Street by train from London, and Freda would pick me up. We would spend the Friday afternoon in one of the art galleries in Liverpool, or shopping - related to embroidery. Then to college later in the afternoon and catch up with everyone as they arrived. Class started after dinner Friday evening - and finished Sunday after lunch. One of the other friends Gaynor lived in Heswall. Freda lived in a village in the middle of Wirral - a few min drive from college ( name of village escapes me)
