Cabinet of Curiosities

This forum is a way to share:

o Pictures of our designs and embroidery in process 

o Get help on design questions

o Links to other material everyone may enjoy

o Facilitate groups of students to get together to help each other and visit historic collections

Rules of Use

1.  Do not republish photos from the site without the owners permission,including on pintrest and pictures taken at museums as it is likely that permission was given only for a private forum.

2.  Please use only to discuss topics related to the course

3.  No republishing of museum photos or other copyrighted photos, as they will be removed. Use links or photo numbers from course material to direct people to a photo you are discussing.  

Our course participants include many curators, conservators and private collectors whose photos have been licensed to the course.  

4. Keep conversations helpful and positive, as if you were speaking to someone in person.

5.  Conversations regarding the Cabinet of Curiosities can go in the main Forum, for those regarding the other courses - please try to use the Group it is under for sub-forums. 

6. All forums are public inside this network - so even if you aren't in the class, you can view and contribute. Maybe you will decide to join the next running of it!

I've been so inspired by other people's cabinets in progress that I thought I share a few of my photos as well. Constructive feedback is ALWAYS appreciated.
